Registration will open on-line on January 2, 2010
through February 6, 2010, for timely registration.
On-line late registration will continue to be available through February 24, 2010 with a $5 late fee.
Registration may shut down without notice at certain levels prior to Friday, February 24, 2010.
Midget and Legion registration will be held open without a late fee until later in the Spring, but also may shut down
without notice if the number of players needed has been reached.
On-line registration will enable you to enter all your family and son's information for this sport and any others your son may later play through HYA.
You will now be able to pay on-line through a secure credit card process.
Any baseball questions you might have can be sent via email to the coordinator.

HYA will accept payment by check or cash in the event internet access is not available or the parent does not have a credit card.
In the event you must pay by check, checks can be made payable to “HYA”. Please contact Bob Gantz for details on how to proceed.

FUNDRAISING NOTE:
All registered players, with exception of the Midget and Legion level players, will be REQUIRED to participate in our Organizational Lottery
Calendar fundraiser to be held in the Spring, or pay an opt out fee of $40, or sell at least $50 of sponsorships.
For those families participating in the Lottery Calendar, you will be required to sell a minimum of
5 Lottery Calendars at $10 each.
For those families with multiple players registering for baseball, only 10 Lottery calendars per family will be required.
Lottery Calendars will be distributed to players at the B2B facility during try-outs/evaluations on Feb 27th, 2010.
Pony players will be contacted directly about a separate date for obtaining their 5 Lottery Calendars.
For families choosing to opt out, the $40 opt out fee will be payable at the B2B try-out/evaluation on Feb 27th.
Pony players will be contacted directly about a separate date for paying the opt out fee. The maximum family opt out fees will be $80,
for those families with multiple kids signed up for baseball or softball.
For those interested in selling $50 of sponsorships, details will be emailed to you after registration so sponsors can be identified prior to
Feb 27th. Sponsorships obtained in excess of $50 will provide a select % refund to families to help recover up to 100% of
registration fees paid. The maximum family sponsorship will be $100, for those families with multiple kids
signed up for baseball or softball.
All net proceeds are used by HYA to fund the program and upgrade fields over a period of time.
Midget and Legion players registering prior to February 27th will be able to participate in the Lottery Calendar fundraiser to receive
a $25 refund. Midget and Legion players registering prior to February 27th will be able to participate in sponsorships
opportunities to obtain additional refunds.

The "Register for Baseball" button below will open the baseball registration page.
Click on the "Baseball Registration Open" button on the page. This will open
another page with a "Registration Now" button.
Click on the "Registration Now" button and follow the process until completion.
For those registering for the first time, you will have to click on the "Create New Account Link".
For those who previously registered a child online for any HYA sport, DO NOT create a new account.
Please use your existing user name and password to log in to the website. If you can't remember your user name or
password, click on the "Forgot My Password" link prior to registering and both your user name and password will be sent to the email
address previously provided in the system. Do not use the "Create New Account Link" or you will be loaded in the system twice and
be required to re-enter all your son's information again.
For those previously registered as a user in our system, please make sure your personal contact information (address, email address,
telephone number, and change password) is up to date in our system.
Please check your information. This can be done once you are at the registration website (Abooma) on the front web page.
Click on the "HYA Login" box to be prompted to enter your user name and password. This will take you to a Parent HomePage.
Click on the "My Profile" link in the upper right hand corner of the page to change any personal contact information and
passwords. Please be sure to "SAVE" any changes once you have finished. This will ensure all contact information is saved
in our system. You may now continue with the process to register your son.
Parents Volunteering: If interested in volunteering at your son's baseball program level, you will be able to sign up
for positions such as head and assistant coaching during the registration process.
Financial Hardships: Any family facing significant financial hardship should email Bob Gantz to discuss available hardship scholarships.
Hardship scholarship funds are available through our Bill Buterbaugh Hardship Fund. Funds are limited and hardships will be addressed on a case by case.
2010 Baseball Travel Try-outs & Intramural Major/Minor League Evaluations:
Travel try-outs (10U, 12U, 14U only) and Intramural (Major/Minor League only) evaluations will be held on Saturday February 27, 2010 and Sunday February 28, 2010 at the B2B Baseball Facility in Manheim.
Travel try-outs are not for Midget or Legion players. The B2B facility is located at 662 Ditz Road Manheim, PA 17545. Players are expected to arrive 30-45 minutes
prior to their respective start times for sign in. No cleats are allowed; however, turf shoes or sneakers are acceptable. Boys should
bring their bat and glove. A bat will be provided should you not own one.
Travel players are expected to attend both dates. In the event your son is not able to attend both try-out dates, his
chances of being selected for one of the higher level teams may be limited.
